La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull was No. 1 among 2016's most exemplary cigars, soaring to the top with a score of 96.
The list was from among 750 sticks with scores of 91 or higher that were reviewed last year by Cigar Aficionado and Cigar Insider. The finalists were then evaluated with a panel using a blind-tasting process.
"What remains after elimination are 25 of the most sublime, memorable and extraordinary smokes of the year," the famous cigar magazine said in an article outlining the process to choose the best smokes of 2016.
