Obama may have eased cigar importations from Cuba but he just couldn't help himself when it came to regulatory overreach of an American industry employing an estimated 20,000 people.
President Obama used the FDA as a vehicle to install onerous layers of new regulations on cigar manufacturers in a misguided effort to link cigars with cigarette manufacturers.
